I believe:
- As human beings living under capitalism, patriarchy, colonialism, ableism and heteronormativity (and etc) we're not often taught how to have healthy relationships.
- We are inherently good, worthwhile and loveable.
- Feelings are valid.
- Healing is courageous and brave forking work.
- Therapy is a relationship, it takes time to build to trust. I respect your pace.
- Sometimes we need someone to call attention to our outdated bullshirt patterns that no longer serve us.

I work with adults (18+), in couples/relational or individual sessions. I exclusively offer teletherapy services for folx in Washington state.
Rate $180 per 53-55 minute appointment and offered by Telehealth (not in person) (as of 8/1/25)
My work days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

My Therapeutic Style
Using a liberatory (anti-oppression/social justice) humanistic perspective, I infuse humor, pragmatism and compassion in service of supporting people with building better relationships-- with others and themselves. Swearing is most excellent. I focus on improving folx' experience with depression, anxiety and trauma -- basically being human. :-)
I focus on talk therapy and exploring feelings + thoughts. I follow my client's lead and pace while getting curious about both lived experiences and cultural norms to make meaning of present patterns. I don't have all the answers, and together we can figure out what works best for you.
I especially welcome people who are queer, trans, bipoc, kinky, and those folx who are in polyam/consensual non-monogamy relationships to my practice.
Professional supervision/consultation for associate level and fully licensed therapists and counselors as a state approved supervisor, since 2015. Contact me for deets + availability

Professional Details
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT LF60267695) in Washington. I graduated with my master's degree in counseling psychology in 2009 from Antioch University Seattle.
I've participated in additional trainings in relational life therapy, the developmental model of couples therapy, acceptance + commitment therapy and sex therapy. I continue to seek out more trainings in adhd, autism, body liberation/health at every size and other shiny topics that grab my attention.
More about me
I was raised in a military family with midwestern roots and I've lived in the beautiful pnw for over two decades. I identify as a white, cis, queer woman, elder millennial who is also a cat mom, hufflepuff, a human with chronic illnesses, and a neurospicy brain. I have a long term partner in a intentional living apart arrangement.
Dad jokes are an art form. I quilt, sew, use swear words, eat good food, watch b- movies, try to entertain cats and listen to audiobooks and podcasts as part of my self care.
